Prep time: 4 hours

2/3 cups of organic whole grain oats with 1 cup of filtered water
3 organic fresh Medjool dates with 1/2 cup of filtered water
1/8 tsp ground Himalayan pink salt
5 cups of filtered water
Need:
Almond Cow - The Plant-Based Milk Maker
Directions:
Rinse 2/3 cups of whole grain oats. Then soak the whole grain oats in 1 cup of filtered water for 4 hours. Discard the excess filter water when ready to be combined with other ingredients.
Optional: Soak the whole grain oats overnight in the refrigerator instead.
Clean the 3 fresh Medjool dates by soaking them in filtered water for 5 minutes. Then remove the pits from the dates and discard the water.
Add the soaked whole grain oats, cleaned and pitted Medjool dates, and Himalayan pink salt into the Almond Cow filter basket. Lock the filter basket by following the diagram engraved on the filter basket.
Add 5 cups of filtered water into the Almond Cow base to meet the MIN line.
Securely attach the Almond Cow top to the base and plug the cord. Then press the start button. Three green light flashes later (approximately 1 minute), the oat milk is ready to enjoy and refrigerated for 3-5 days in a jug or container.
Optional: Enjoy the pulp as you would like oatmeal with toppings or save it in a container and place it in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
