Ingredients:
1 banana
honey (vegan options: maple syrup or date syrup)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tbsp hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
8 lightly salted pistachios
Need:
1 Rolling pin
Directions:
Remove pistachio shells. Place unshelled pistachios in a Stasher bag and crush them using a wooden rolling pin.
Cut a banana into slices. Place the banana slices on a plate.
Evenly sprinkle cinnamon on top of the banana slices.
Drizzle some honey (vegan options: maple syrup or date syrup).
Evenly distribute the hemp seeds and crushed pistachio on top of the banana slices.
