Simple Nutritious Smoothie

Vegan / Gluten-free / Nut-free

Total time: Under 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup of filtered water

1 cup of oatmilk

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp açai powder

1 tbsp hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1 handful of baby spinach


Need:

Personal blender


Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into a beverage cup of choice and enjoy.
